Leveraging the power of AI to personalize and democratize state of the art vocational psychology, Aimia provides lifelong career counseling and guidance (serving as both a coach and ally), labor market insights; enabling holistic self knowledge, personalized and aligned career pathways (taking into consideration spiritual, economic, familial and cultural paradigms), personal development, and thereby fulfilling/personally purposeful work for all–with an early emphasis on the young (high school and college), the displaced (mid-career, immigrants) and historically marginalized (bipoc) communities–strengthening societal wellbeing as a whole. Aimia supports 50 languages, including English, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, Farsi, German, Russian, and Chinese, to serve our diverse population.
